DEPUTY's Story...
Deputy is a darling little guy - very pretty with the brown & black ticking on him. He is a sweet, good natured, gentle soul, that was found scared & hungry, running back and forth across a busy highway. A nice Sheriff's Deputy saw him & rescued him. He has gained weight & is healthy now. He is 2 years old, weighs about 20 pounds. He will be neutered March 27th & will be ready to travel a few days later. He is up to date on all vaccines, worming, heartworm & flea/tick prevention. His adoption fee is $400

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DEPUTY, a Humboldt Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Humboldt, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Humboldt.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humboldt already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humboldt breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humboldt paves the way for another one to be saved.
