My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Darla. I am about a year old and love to be with my person. I like to go on hikes, help with chores and just hang out. When I am not hanging with people, I am really good at entertaining myself with my toys. I think I may be part Australian Shepherd and maybe some Sheltie. That would explain some of my smaller features. I am full grown and only weigh about 28 pounds, but don't let that fool you. I can keep up with the best of them. I would love to go to a home that will spend time with me and take me for walks and hikes and maybe even some car rides. I love going in the car! I get along well with most other dogs, although some times I can be a little too active for older dogs. I also do ok with dog savvy cats.
