My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hello everyone...my name is HONEY, and I'm just about as sweet as honey, too. I have a very wonderful personality, and I'm over-the-top in love with people. I'm five years old, so I'm old enough to be calm when you want me to be, and young enough to go for nice walks. I guess you'd say I'm pretty mellow, as well. I love going for walks, by the way, and I walk nicely while on the leash. I have a loving and rather sensitive nature, so I'd prefer to be in a home without kids and without other dogs. What I want most out of life, besides belly rubs, is to stay close to my person or family. I'd love to have a nice yard in my new home, where I could enjoy myself and get some exercise, and I'd also love to have one of those soft and comfy dog beds in the house. You'll be pleased to know that I've already been house trained, plus I know how to sit and lie down on command. A trip to our shelter wouldn't be complete until we've had a chance to meet and get to know each other, so just ask one of our kind Shelter Staff to introduce you to the very sweet, very friendly, and personable dog whose name is HONEY, and we may just discover that we are meant to be best friends forever.
