GILLIGAN & GINGER...
Ginger and Gilligan are sister and brother...born around June 2012. Ginger is a sweet medium hair tortie girl and Gilligan is a short hair orange & white boy. Their story is much like that of many other abandoned animals that find themselves in unfamiliar places ~ fortunately they were blessed to find someone who was willing to help them instead of harm them.
They showed up as young babies in a yard right on one of the busiest roads in Huntsville. They have no idea what happened to their mom or other siblings, if there were any. They were hungry and a bit under the weather but their caretaker got then some help and they have since grown in to big healthy sweethearts.
The siblings are a bit shy and reserved around people they do not know...life before their foster home was tough and uncertain...they will need some patience in adjusting to their new family and home.
Ginger loves to get right up on your face and rub herself on you ~ yup, she is marking you as her own. Very sweet and gentle little lady ~ loves to be petted and rubbed but truly enjoys her playtime too!!
Gilligan is the shyer of the two but oh, my...what a sweet boy this one is!! He will lay in your lap making biscuits and purring...while dozing off into dreamland. A gentle soul with not a mean bone in that cute body...laid back, gentle, kind...just a sweet boy who should blossom into a wonderful companion with safety, security and a truly forever home.
As with all Forgotten Felines cats for adoption, the siblings have been spayed/neutered and they are current on their shots and tests. Should you have questions or need additional information on Ginger & Gilligan, please contact their Foster Mom, Gayle at 256-461-8764.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We want you to adopt the "purrfect" cat for you and your family...one that will fit into your home and lifestyle...a companion for a lifetime!!
