Ginger *VIDEO*'s Story...
I'm a 1-year-old spayed female Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. I weigh about 10 pounds. Somebody who wasn't so nice decided to leave me & my 3 litter mates in a cardboard box outside of a dog kennel at night. When the staff arrived in the morning, they found us frightened & cold, cuddling in the bottom of the box together. Then they brought us to CageFree so we can each find loving homes who will take amazing care of us! I'm a really sweet girl who absolutely loves to go for walks, cuddle & sit in laps. I'm very affectionate with everyone I meet & I get along great with other dogs, too. I'm very loving & loyal & well behaved. I'm basically just a really good girl! And I can't wait to find a new family & start my new life, so please contact CageFree if you're interested in adopting me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger *VIDEO*, a Los Angeles Chihuahua/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
