spanky's Story...
Spanky's daddy thought it was heaven sent when one day 2 years ago, Spanky made his way into his home through the doggie door that his other dog, Princess, used. He kept him and took wonderful care of him. Spanky and Princess loved each other and were so loved by their daddy. Suddenly, their daddy died leaving behind Princess, and Spanky. Princess was brought into a rescue and is in her foster home now , but Franky is left all alone to mourn his daddy's death. He really needs a home/foster. Spanky is a really special boy about 40 lbs. He is a lab mix and about 3 years old. He is neutered and has been on HW preventative his entire life. Housetrained also.
He is very, very loving, very, very close to whomever loves him back. And doesn't bark much. He is good with cats too.

If you can help Spanky to find a loving family, please call Kathy 305 401 4693. His situation right now is not very safe.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

spanky, a hollywood Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in hollywood, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in hollywood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in hollywood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a hollywood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in hollywood paves the way for another one to be saved.
