Bluto (Blueberry)'s Story...
Bluto is a 4-5 yr old altered male pit bull. He is incredibly mellow and sweet. He is very tolerant of my almost 2 yr old pitmix. They chase and play, then plop down next to each other to sleep it off. He prefers to be the only male in the home and is too curious about cats. A bit shy at first but complete sweetie when he warms up. Very happy just to hang out by your side.

For more information on specific questions about Blueberry, please email his foster Nicole at nicole.orel.such@gmail.com. To adopt Blueberry, please email jvsrivero@comcast.net or call 925-337-6377. His adoption fee is $200, and covers neuter and vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bluto (Blueberry), a Livermore American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Livermore, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Livermore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livermore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livermore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livermore paves the way for another one to be saved.
