Coal and D.O.G's Story...
Coal and D.O.G. are 5 1/2 yr old litter mate brothers looking for a new forever home in Southern California. Due to family illness and no fault of their own, the family feels they deserve a family that has time for them. The boys will be adopted together, no exceptions. Coal is an active runner and ball retriever needing daily exercise. D.O.G. also enjoys a good romp but is quite the lover and would be happiest at your feet enjoying a good ear rub. The boys are healthy, current on their vaccines and neutered. They will be micro-chipped prior to adoption. Mission Weimaraner Rescue will ensure that these boys will get a home together and will require an application, home visit and adoption fee. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coal and D.O.G, a Los Angeles Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
