Viking's Story...
You can visit with Viking & his brother, Andy, at the Petsmart in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Viking & his three other housemates were given up to the rescue because their owner moved out of the country.

Viking is a beautiful orange/red male tabby & Andy is a gorgeous, dark male tabby. They are 6 yrs. old and are looking for a forever home where they can live together. Both are very sweet, loving & playful. Viking is very friendly and a bit more outgoing at first than his brother. He is very curious about his surroundings but also enjoys being with you and getting attention. Andy is a little shy at first but once he knows you he wants to be with you and loves to have you love on him and give him attention. Viking & Andy will make wonderful additions to your home and make great life long companions.

Forever Home Cat Rescue holds adoption events every Sat/Sun from 12-3:00pm at the Petsmart in Rancho Santa Margarita, Foothill Ranch & Lake Forest, CA. For more information please call 949-829-0036.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Viking, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
