Sasha #305's Story...
Sasha #305 is a hound mix baby, 8- 9 weeks old. She is loving and playful in one package! She is in search of adopters who have the time, commitment and resources to give her a great home. Sasha is already close to 20 pounds; we expect her to be a bigger dog. She is a bit shy when away from her brother but will gain courage quickly in just the right family. She would do well with formal training. We are working on crate and leash training.

She will be available for adoption at our Dogapalooza 2013 event in Fredericksburg, VA, April 11-14. Dogs will be available starting Friday, April 12.You may prequalify for adoption by downloading the dog adoption form from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html fill it out and return it to Last Chance, per instructions. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha #305, a Waldorf Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
