Enzo's Story...
Meet Enzo!
Enzo is a Chihuahua/Min Pin x and is 2 1/2 years old. He weighs 20 lbs. Enzo is a spunky little man who loves to play with other dogs. He can to me large dog aggressive but I have worked with him extensively and he now is great with them. Enzo needs to be in a home with another dog that he can tussel with. He craves the interaction on other dogs. He gets on well with dogs from 4 lbs-135lbs. He is fully trained and is even on hand signals. He is house trained and very obedient. The only glitch with Enzo is that he can NEVER be off leash in an unfenced area. I have bumped him to a few foster homes to advance his social skill (living with an older couple, living with a cat and 4 year old, etc) and he has gotten loose on occasion. He just will go from bush to bush and has no recall. Now in a yard, he is completely obedient and his recall is great. He love kitties and was once accidentaly locked in a crate for the day with one and is 100% fine. He will gain weight rapidly and is on a forever diet that maintains his weight just fine. He only gets 1/4 c dry kibble 2x day, so very low maintenance!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Enzo, a Greenville Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
