Sawyer was a puppy mill release. Guessed at about 3 years old and he weighs 13 lbs. He is shy but making progress in his foster home. He will need a more experienced home and is not for the first time dog owner. He is not house trained but is working on crate training and house training will come with patience and consistency. A belly band helps too. No small children please! He gets along well with the other small dogs but does need to be separated at meal time. He will need a fenced yard or someone committed to keeping him safe with harness and leash walks. No tieing these mill dogs out unattended as it isn't safe. He has now been fully vetted, had a dental, cherry eye repair, neuter, all vaccines, heart worm test and micro-chip. E-mail is ALWAYS our first contact for more information or an application. He is being fostered in the Grundy Center Ia area.
