My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Check it out, I sometimes get to hike Vroman's Nose! Don't i look pretty spiffy with my backpack on! :-) (There is a video of us hiking too!)

Shyann is a 3 year old, spayed female, Amstaff mix. Shyann came to the shelter in June of 2006 because she would not get along with her canine housemate, this poor girl has been here ever since :-(. She is very playful, friendly, affectionate, and an all around GREAT dog. Shyann would be fine in a home with cats and kids. She would make a great jogging or exercise partner and she is great in and loves cars rides! She is also housebroken and loves to play in the kiddie pools that we have in our play yards. Shyann does desire to be the only dog in the household. If you are looking for that one dog that would love to snuggle up or go hiking, even play soccer, Shyann may be the one for you.
