My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zorah is a 9 month old female black and tan German Shepherd. She is house broken and crate trained though we have begun to leave her out of the crate for several hours at a time and she is doing extremely well. Unfortunately we do not have the time in our schedules to train and exercise her the way she needs it. She is still a puppy, she is EXTREMELY high energy. She loves run and play. She needs an energetic home, where someone will dedicate the time to walk her on a daily basis and continue her training. She has been to several dog training classes and knows sit, down, stay, and come. She walks well on the leash. Zorah is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, has her county license for Lake County, she is micro-chipped and will come with a collar, leash, all of her medical paperwork and the remainder of her food. She is good with cats, other dogs and kids but she absolutely will knock a small child over. She is still mouthy and we are working with her on that. She is not very vocal but will bark when someone rings the door bell.

We will require 2 references as well as your current veterinarians information. She is not available first come first serve, we are looking for the ideal home that will give her what she needs. We will do a home visit and a contract will be written up and signed or the placement will not take place.
