PETE's Story...
Pete is a very nice, lovable and playful puppy who loves to have human and dog company all time, he is wonderful with other dogs and he is good with cats, he doesn't pay to much attention to them, he loves to play with balls and go for walks, sometimes he is shy at the beginning but then he feels comfortable....he is waiting for his forever and lovable home!!!

If you think you can provide a great home for this, you may complete an online application so that we can better assess if this pet is a good match for you and your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PETE, a San Diego German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in San Diego, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
