Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Paws. He is a 6 month old sweet collie mix. He came to us
extremely shy. His foster Mom thinks he had very little human contact. For the
first 3days he would not even go outside he was so afraid to walk past her.
He's come a long way in a very short time. Still scared of new people but with
the help of the other dogs and his foster Mom he now loves to be petted and
plays with the other dogs like a puppy should. He is interest in the cats at
his foster home but does not try to hurt them. Really only notices them when
the other dogs do. He is fine with the 8yr old child in the home but is shy.
He is still working on his potty training but has no accidents when his foster
Mom is home. He is not crate trained as he did not like the crate and cried
when he was in it. He sleeps on a dog bed in his foster Moms room with no
problems. He knows leave it when told to not touch something he is not supposed
to. So far no problem with chewing anything. He will be a wonderful and loving
companion with lots of love to show him people are his friends. At this time he
needs a home where his people can understand he is shy and work with him to
build trust. He would do well in a home with other dogs or without them. He
likes to play with the other dogs but is just as happy cuddled on the couch by
himself. If your looking for a loving sweet calm friend he is your dog.
