Midnight's Story...
My name is Midnight and I'm a Chihuahua mix dog about 2 years old. My owner was keeping me outside or in the garage. I am a really sweet boy and hope to find a home with someone that will love and appreciate me and let me be indoors. I love other dogs and do fine with them. I can sometimes have little man syndrome, but I'm a Chihuahua... what do you expect? I would love a home with another dog and preferably a female owner. I will be neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and microchipped. My adoption fee is $200. Please apply for me at Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Midnight, a Grand Rapids Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
