Rascal's Story...
Oh dear, where to start with my story! I'm about 6 years old, had a lovely home and then one of my owners passed away. I was so sad and now my Mom is in such a situation that she had to give me up. We're both sad about that. Thankfully, TBCAR has a nice safe place for me, but it is not like home. I do need a new indoor home with lots of love, please be the one to take me into your home and heart. Update....I have had a chronic ear infection probably for years.... and even though TBCAR had tubes put in my ears and everything has healed I still have a little persnickety attitude left over from having hurting ears for so long. I was heart-worm positive but have had the treatment so am better. I need a very special home with a lot of patience and love. I live with Daisy Mae and love her, but don't get along with others easily,. I know I am not perfect, but I will love you if you give me a chance. Rascal

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rascal, a Quinlan Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Quinlan, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Quinlan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Quinlan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Quinlan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Quinlan paves the way for another one to be saved.
