Nessie (fka Little Dipper) from Philly ACCT is the cutest little pittie mix girl who is about 4 yrs of age and only 32 lbs!! Sadly for Nessie she found herself in the shelter when her previous owner could no longer care for her. Nessie has proven to be a very sweet, fun and playful girl that does great with other dogs of all sizes! Nessie is also a huge lover of people of all ages and will put a smile on anyones face!
