Java(aka Lady)'s Info...
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Java, now known as Lady, is a gentle, very sweet, slightly timid girl, but warms up to you quickly. Lady was adopted out, but thru no fault of her own was returned to FARR. The previous adopter's other dog didn't like her.. She gets along great with dogs, cats and loves children. She is house broken. She is very well-behaved in the house. She doesn't get into things or chew things. She is the Full Package! She was found on a rural road in AL after being dumped there with her 6 babies. All of her puppies have been adopted and now it's Lady's turn for a furever home. She is UTD on shots and has been spayed. She is slightly positive for heartworms. She is being treated with the gentle method. She is being treated with Heartguard Plus which kills the worms and prevents new ones. FARR provides the Heartguard Plus for the next 9 months. Heartworms are non-transferable. Please give this precious girl a chance and you will never regret it. She is fostered with Sue in South Tampa.

FARR places our rescue pups in personal foster homes throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pacso Counties. FARR – Florida Retriever Rescue is a 501c3 NonProfit group composed totally of volunteers working to save the lives of neglected and unwanted dogs. The adoption fee helps to cover the first 2 shots, Dewormer, and neuter or spay fees, as well as a rabies shot, if the dog is over 4months at time of adoption, and a heartworm test, if the dog is over 6months at time of adoption, as well as any transport or pull fees FARR may have paid to the shelter for our rescues. All funds taken in are used strictly for the care and health of our rescues.
