Ted's Story...
Hey there, Ted here! I'm a wonderful little guy whose estimated birthdate is March, 2012. I was originally a stray kitten from DuPont, WI when Happily Ever After took me in! But you wouldn't guess that now, because I'm one of the sweetest and most cuddly guys around! My buddy, Barney, and I are best buddies, and looove to goof around together! Some of our very favorite toys are fuzzy mice and balls with jingle bells in them! I'm an expert toy hunter, so if you happen to have some kitty toys at your home that need hunting, then I'm your guy! Please stop by the Adoption Station at Petco West in Green Bay to meet me soon! Hugs, Ted

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ted, a Green Bay Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
