Nala's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Nala's Story...
Nala is a 2 year old mastiff mix. She is current on her shots and spayed. Nala is house broken and crate trained. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and genders. She is currently in a foster home with a male and female shepherd and a tea cup chihuahua as well as many family dogs who come over all the time! Although Nala does well with small dogs there should be NO cats in nala's home.

Nala is a great family dog. She loves kids and is very respectful of them ( no mouthing or rough play with kids and she currently lives in a home with a 1yr old, a 4yr old, and a 7yr old) She can get playful but settles down very quickly. She has been through a lot in their 2 short year so she tends to attach herself to her people. She prefers to be by your side most of the day so she would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. Nala doesnt do well left in the yard for hours on end and will figure out how to break out of the yard. She has also been use to being in a home where there is another dog. ( she is being fostered with her brother who she has been with since birth) so she would do best in a home with another doggy companion. She loves her family and is very loyal and protective.

She knows basic commands of sit and down. Nala doesnt have much leash manners so she would need training. There is NO adoption fee for her but we will require that she is enrolled in a training class and also require proof of completion. There are no exceptions.

Please call her foster macie for more information. (925)437-1070

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nala, a Livermore Mastiff/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff/Labrador Retriever for sale in Livermore, or seeking a Mastiff/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Livermore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livermore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livermore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Mastiff/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livermore paves the way for another one to be saved.
