Veia's Story...
Mew!!! I'm Veia! I'm an adorable little lady whose estimated birthdate is February 1, 2013. My sisters and I were brought to Happily Ever After as strays from Iola, WI, when we were just shy of four weeks old. A wonderful volunteer gave us a foster home until we were able to find forever homes of our very own! My sisters (Georgia, Erica, and Frieda) and I are some of the cutest little ladies that you will ever see in your life! We love to snuggle and be silly day in and day out: the epitome of adorable! Please come meet us at HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center soon! Love, Veia

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Veia, a Green Bay Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
