Here's what the humans have to say about me:
One of our volunteers witnessed a puppy dart into the street, get hit and rolled under a van, and left there for dead. The van took off and our volunteer ran into the street to save him. He had no collar or chip, so we shared his image all over the internet. We posted pictures, stories from here to craigslist, at the city pound and on light posts. We tried and tried to find his people-and couldn't. So, today, we are becoming his people. When Bo was struck by a van and then left, he was dazed and injured. For the first few days, he could not walk on his front legs. We feared it was irreparable nerve damage. Bo has made an amazing recovery, and is back to walking almost perfectly, and should be back to normal soon. Bo has had quite an adventure-there were scary patches and sunny patches and his travels are not yet completed. Now he needs a forever family!
He is still so much a puppy at 9 months that he wants to play with others but also loves a good snuggle on the couch. He is great in the house - housebroken, quiet, non-destructive, and a great student for training. He can be vocal when meeting other dogs, but he just wants to play and needs to learn how to politely introduce himself to dogs. He loooooves people and is so sweet. Even when he was in pain post-accident, the vet and everyone who met him commented on his amazing disposition and zest for life.
