My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sage is a masterpiece in progress. "Sage" means "wise" though and she is definitely a smart dog. Sage has quickly learned how to walk quietly on a leash and what to do when a human says "sit" and "down" and "come". Sage is still a clumsy baby at 8 mths who is all legs when she runs, and still thinks she can sit in your lap. Her biggest fault is being too happy and exuberant about everything and everyone. With training and some growing up time, she is learning when is the time for play and when is the time for quiet. Sage is healthy, housetrained and crate trained. She is about 20" tall and 35 pounds; medium sized. She loves all people and dogs. Sage needs a home with time to take her to school and a daily walk. She would love to be a jogging companion and would be a star flyball dog; she loves the tennis ball AND brings it back. Sage will be a very loyal and excellent companion for an active family with time to spend with her.
