Linus's Story...
Linus and his sister Lucy came to us Easter weekend, they are only 12 weeks old. They were found as strays but they are now enjoying the good life in their foster home. They are around 15lbs now so will be around 40lbs max when fully grown. They have other dogs, cats and children to play with and love everyone. They are spayed/neutered and had their shots and ready to go home. Their adoption fee is $200. Please contact us for an application form if you would like to meet Linus.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Largo Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Largo, or seeking a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
