Zoey FOSTER HOME NEEDED's Story...
Zoey is a pit bull, about 9 months old. She is dog and kid friendly! She met a sleeping cat and didn't react much beyond sniffing it. She has no food or toy aggression, and is very gentle. She doesn't even jump on people at all. She is house trained to the point where if we take her out every couple of hours, we don't have accidents. She sleeps in a crate all night, no whining and no accidents. She is good on a leash at a jogging pace, but needs works walking and sitting while out on a leash. In 24 hours she has learned "sit" "lay down" and "release".

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoey FOSTER HOME NEEDED, a Livermore American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Livermore, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Livermore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livermore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livermore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livermore paves the way for another one to be saved.
