Rascal's Story...
Meet Rascal - how can you resist that sweet face! Rascal is about 3 months old, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. We know that his mom was a Schnauzer but Dad is not accounted for. Rascal is already bigger than Schnauzer size- so its safe to say he will at least be a medium size dog.
Rascal is loads of fun! He loves to run and play and explore. He lives outside with his sister so he would need to be housetrained in his new home. Rascal is being fostered in a family with young children and big and small dogs- he loves them all! Rascal aims to please and learns new things quickly. He is very food motivated which helps with training. He is 80% house-trained. Please contact his foster mom at lilapug@hotmail.com for more information on this one of a kind guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rascal, a Bedford Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Bedford, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
