My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome gentleman is Trooper. He is a Border Collie/Am Staff/Husky Mix (yep, that’s one blue he’s got), around 1 – 1 ½ yrs old and is between 50 - 55 pounds. Came from a family with (3) kids, (7) cats and a small dog buddy so he’s an all around dog. He’s an active guy so an active family would be the best match.

Unlike most pound dogs that have a mystery past life, we know Trooper’s. Trooper has been bounced around from home to home and because of that unstable life (not knowing where home is) he’s taken off a time or two and has wound up in (2) separate pounds and was 24hrs away from being PTS when found the last time by his guardian angel. On one of his adventures, he was hit by a car but he’s healed up and has no long range affects from it other than a scar.

He is up to date on his vaccinations, HW negative and is waiting to be neutered.

His adoption comes with a FREE private training session at the High Drive Pups training facility (West Side of Cleveland, http://highdrivepups.com), and, if the new family is interested in advancing his obedience skills, affordable follow-up lesson plans.
