Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lenny and Nate…the sweetest little southern boys ever! These adorable siblings, plus their sis and mom, were all rescued at the last minute from a high kill shelter in the north Georgia Mountains. Only they know what crappy situation they came from, and all were lacking in love and attention and warmth…which they found that with rescue and foster care. Lenny and Nate are now ready for their forever home after transporting to Washington and training time with Lori at See Spot Run in Renton! The boys are still a little shy with newcomers, at only 10 months old…but outgoing with their doggie friends and love everyone. Both are on the small size, but we think quite full grown at 33 lbs…but they might have some filling out to do. Both boys are house trained, crate trained, cat trained and horse trained (!) as their foster mom in Georgia had it all! Trainer Lori has been working with them to get comfortable with people and all their basic commands. She would love to talk to you about these two amazing boys who will always probably be somewhat shy but very loving and very easy dogs to have around. They really get along great with each other as well as other family dogs…girls and boys and big and small. They love to play with toys and running and could be interested in agility too. They are both quiet and calm and are really looking for comfortable homes to hang out where their people are patient and don’t expect them to be the guys who always run up to greet them! They are getting good on their leashes and are currently living with their trainer. The L and L boys are awesome in the car and in the house. He prefers your bed to theirs…but are fine on their own pet beds and in their crates. They enjoy kids and sitting in the sun and playing tug o war. They are not totally bonded and have spent time apart in foster care and boarding, but we think they are happier together and it will be easier for new adopters with them together. The boys are anxious to discover new things like the beach and mountains and all the pluses their new NW location has to offer! To adopt these two little cuties and give them an easy, happy and calm new life contact Pam at rescuinganimals@gmail.com. Their confined adoption fee of $300 includes their neuter, microchip, all vaccines, transport and training time. Don’t miss out on Loveable Len and Naturally affectionate Nate!
