Hi everyone – my name is Mulligan and I’m a male Shih Tzu mix who is around 10 years of age and I weigh about 14 pounds. I’m neutered, up to date on vaccines, have recently had a dental and am micro chipped too. I am in good health, but I do have glaucoma in one eye and a bit of arthritis, and I appreciate being lifted off and on the furniture so that I don’t have to jump.

My foster mom says that I’m the most even-tempered and sweetest dog going! I love people and enjoy cuddles, massages and all the love and attention you can give me. I’m house trained, though I do appreciate being let out several times a day, and am happy with a gentle walk on nice days. I walk really well on leash and enjoy meeting other dogs and people. I’m fine with other dogs and get along with the cats in my foster home – they sometimes curl up near me to keep me company.
