Wellington - adoption pending's Story...
Wellington is approx 2 yrs of age and 21lbs we think he is a poodle/lhasa mix, he was so matted when we rescued him we had to shave him down, he has a really pretty face and is a really good dog, he gets along well with the other rescues, is well behaved and quiet, loves to sit up in the armchair and watch tv.. seems to be fairly well house and leash trained , but not perfect, he learns very quickly and loves everyone, he is a little shy when he first meets people but warms up pretty quickly

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wellington - adoption pending, a Norwalk Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Standard) for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
