Page's Story...
Hello - I have a bit of a sad story to tell. Unfortunately the current economy hurts us too! My previous owners lost their home and were no longer able to care for me. Thank goodness they did not abandon me, but brought me to this wonderful rescue to find me a new home. I am very sweet, loving and calm little lady. I just want to be with people and snuggle with them. I am a 5yr old, 9 pd female that gets along with other dogs and not too shy at all with new people. I am house/kennel trained and know how to use a dog door. I should be fine with kids as long as they play respectfully with me. Current on shots, fixed and microchipped. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Page, a Mesa Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
