Boomer's Story...
My Name is Boomer. I am a One Year Old Boxer-Pit Mix weighing in at 45 Lbs.

Besides the standard doggy stuff of being already housterained, neutered, and up to date on my shots I have some things I just love to do. I am great playing with all other dogs, cats, kids, and get this…I love horses. Yes, I said horses.

I play a lot to keep active, and one of my favorite games is to fetch the tennis ball. I was thinking of trying out for the US Open ball fetcher position but someone said I missed the cutoff date. maybe next year? or maybe I can just play fetch with you and keep you company?

Please email Linda at MsLondonsPets@aol.com if you like to play fetch too!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Long Beach Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
