Autumn's Story...
Autumn is full pedigree Persian (flat face) who is 4 years old and up to date on all. Her owner has developed severe allergies and has to quickly find her a new home. She is a companion cat who just likes to be with you and have her luxurious fur stroked while she purrs contentedly. She will give a tiny little meow when she is hungry or wants to be pet. She loves sitting by the window looking at all of the birds and squirrels! Her favorite occupation next to being by your side. Her owners have kept her pampered and her hair and nails have been regularly groomed and trimmed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn, a Brooklyn Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
