Karma's Story...
Karma is a sweet, mellow girl looking for a home! She enjoys playing with toys and playtime in the yard, especially if you are out there with her to toss the tennis ball around. We have seen Karma interact with kids over 10 years old and she has done well, we think this is a good age or older for a home with children that is considering Karma. To meet Karma in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Tuesday or Saturday doesn't work for you? To meet the animals any day of the week please call for an appointment and the staff will be happy to set you up with a date and time to visit us! To make an adoption appointment we require that you submit an adoption application for
pre-approval, to download an application please visit our website at www.chippewahumane.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Karma, a Chippewa Falls American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Chippewa Falls, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Chippewa Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chippewa Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chippewa Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chippewa Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
