My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Desmond is a gorgeous smooth collie from champion lines who was recently relinquised to SCR by an owner who could no longer keep him. He is a sweet, loving and loyal boy. He gets along well with other dogs and is generally outgoing and friendly. However, he can be protective of home and property with unfamiliar people (deliverymen, gardners etc...) and has a strong herding instinct, so will be evaluated soon by our trainer to address these concerns. He will need to find a home with an experienced and knowledgable collie family who can continue reinforcement of training he will receive prior to placement.
