Their mom, Petunia (also available), is a Yorkie and Chihuahua mix lady and their dad was (very obviously) a Pomeranian. These three were born June 4th, 2012 and are up to date on everything and spayed/neutered.
Ashleigh weighs around six pounds, Courtney weighs around seven to eight and Bruce is a tiny five pound little guy. They are full grown so the perfect lap size. These babies have been with us since they were eight weeks old and deserve a shot at a loving family. Please let them reach their dream.
The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers.
After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not meet he/she will be adopted to that home.
Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.
Your message has been sent to Beebe Humane Society's Desperate House Dogs (RI).
You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
