Benz's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, declawed, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Benz's Story...
Benz is a 7 year old pure Birman with papers, healthy neutered male that was completely declawed when a wonderful family adopted him. He is the sweetest cat they have ever met, but he needs lots of attention, he likes to be around people and be on someone's lap- both parents in this family work full-time and have 5 boys involved with Sports, so they feel that for the best of the cat, they need to give him up to someone who can pay more attention to this long haired cat and give him tummy rubs.

Benz is a gorgeous long haired Birman with registration papers. He will need someone to brush him regularly and possibly a summer cut by a groomer each spring. The perfect home for him would be an older couple with no loud children running around. Benz is used to older boys, but when friends come over and it gets loud/rambunctious, he hides under a bed and wont' come out. He gets on great with dogs of all sizes (has been around a Rotweiler and a Yorkie most of his life), and should be fine with other cats after a slow introduction.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benz, a Bentonville Birman cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Birman for sale in Bentonville, or seeking a Birman cat from a breeder in Bentonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bentonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bentonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Birman breeders who help with Birman rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bentonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
