Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Many thanks to Jenn Wilson at letmeshootyourpet.net for taking professional pictures of Rex!**
Rex is a very handsome 2 year old male brown tabby with white. As you can see by his pictures, he is very striking!
Poor Rex came to us from a very sad situation. He was living in an apartment with a person who had mental health issues, and then was evicted. Rex was left behind. Luckily the landlords at the apartment cared about Rex and helped him find his way to rescue.
Rex is currently fostering with both dogs and cats. He does well with the dogs and is currently learning how to interact with the cats. Rex is blossoming in his foster home and now that he has a stable and kind home to support him, we are getting to see what a beautiful personality he has! Because of his sad past, we feel Rex would do best in an adult-only home.
From Rex's foster mom:
-Rex is a man's man cat--not overly affectionate but likes to hang around with his human and be in on the action
- at the end of day when you come home from work he is thrilled to see you, swarms your ankles and talks to you
- He enjoys communicating with his human and announces himself with a chirp when he enters the room. He lets you know when he wants attention
- Rex is learning how to play with other cats but is a little awkward
Rex is available for adoption through Grand River All Breed rescue. His adoption donation is $165. All of our cats are spayed or neutered,
microchipped, and vaccinated as part of their adoption. Please fill out an application at our website
