Captain's Story...
Approx. 3 yr old gentle & very sweet boy. This kitty is a "prince in the making"...his fur shows the effects of being on the street fending for himself ..nothing a little TLC and good nutrition won't solve! He is grateful to be in a better place and is soaking up attention in his foster home. He doesn't hesitate to crawl up on your lap and settle in for awhile. Currently 9lbs, Captain will likely fill out a bit more and blossom into a very handsome fellow

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Captain, a Arlington Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
