Gentle Declawed Bella!'s Story...
Bella is a very affectionate, talkative kitty. Not a lap cat, but an "I like to sit beside you" cat. She talks when she wants love and a pet from you.

Bella was living with an elderly couple who had to give her up when they moved into senior housing. She is used to a quiet household so was initially scared of loud noises, but is adjusting very well to a more active home. She is currently in foster with other cats and enjoys their company. Bella is a very personable cat and prefers not to be alone if she doesn't have to be. She is declawed and very gentle.

Bella is about 7 years old, spayed, has all her shots, and is completely healthy.

If you’d like to meet Bella, please contact Vicki, at vicdevor@yahoo.com.

Thanks so much for thinking of a kitty in need!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gentle Declawed Bella!, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
