My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We love a dog with a winning smile, so it was no surprise when we fell instantly in love with Pippit! Pippit's wide grin would win first prize at any competition!

Just by looking at him, it's hard to guess that this big dude spent a good month at the pound waiting for a friend to come around. He was a staff favorite and even had our supporters rallying around him. Our volunteers were sold within minutes of playing with him. This guy has the spirit and spunk of a real star!

Pippit is affectionate and sweet. An instant snuggler, he's always looking for someone to lavish kisses on. But don't let his softer side fool you, this guy can also play with the big boys! He'd love to find an active family or owner who could get his boundless energy out. We suspect that he'd be the perfect running companion!

Pippit does wonderfully with other dogs, so he could be a fabulous second pet! He lives in a foster home with another dog and is doing great!
