Muffin's Story...
Muffin is the biggest baby! She loves to be in your arms & to just lay around waiting to be petted. She does play a lot but not as much as her siblings. She's more of a "sit at your feet & watch everybody else" kind of girl. All she needs now is a nice cozy home to call her own. Muffin will be spayed April 15th & will be ready to travel a week or so later. She is current on all vaccines, heartworm & flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $400

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muffin, a Humboldt Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Humboldt, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Humboldt.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humboldt already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humboldt breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humboldt paves the way for another one to be saved.
