Coquita's Story...
This dog is a courtesy posting on our website. We have not met or evaluated this dog. Please see contact information at the end of this posting.

Coquita, is a 17 weeks old female dog in need of a good home. She was born on November 28 of 2012 and came from Vallejo. Coquita is a Chiweenie, a mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund. She is around 7 pounds and her color is beige. She is very healthy and has received all her puppy vaccinations. Coquita will be spayed on April 13 and if adopted before that day her adopter will be required to take her to the spay appointment as a condition of adoption. Coquita is very energetic and she will follow you everywhere. She learns very fast, and she has the cutest face, She will protect you and will give you kisses all of the time. Coquita gets along with other dogs as long the other dogs likes to play too; her current doggy sister does not like to play and that is why Coquita needs a new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coquita, a San Francisco Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in San Francisco, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in San Francisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Francisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Francisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Francisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
