03/30 Gabby's Story...
Gabby - ID No.: A103501. I am a female tan and white Beagle/Boxer mix. I am about 4 years old. I have been at the shelter since March 30, 2013. I'm a very happy girl who walks well on a leash and knows how to sit, shake, and lay. I would love a family who will romp around the yard with me and cuddle with me.

**NOTE: THE SHELTER HAS MOVED MANY OF THE LITTLE DOGS TO A ROOM OF THEIR OWN. PLEASE ASK TO SEE THEM IF YOU DO NOT SEE WHO YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE GENERAL KENNELS**

Why Adoption is a Great Option

03/30 Gabby, a Yuba City Beagle/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Boxer for sale in Yuba City, or seeking a Beagle/Boxer dog from a breeder in Yuba City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yuba City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yuba City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Boxer breeders who help with Beagle/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yuba City paves the way for another one to be saved.
