Radar's Story...
**Radar is a courtesy post and is not part of Operation Education. If you have any questions about him or are interested in making him a part of your family, please contact Doris at dasanne@yahoo.com**

Radar is looking for a home to love him back. Radar is 3 years old and is a fun-loving, energetic dog at heart. He is playful, walks great on a leash, and gets along with other dogs. He loves to run around and play outside, but he is an inside dog. He enjoys the company of other dogs and even lived with a cat in his previous home. Radar would not be a good fit for a home with children. He is always out to please and he hates to think that he's disappointed you in anyway.

He is very friendly and loves to have his belly rubbed. House trained and always ready for a treat! He is current on all his shots and has been neutered.

If you are looking for a loyal friend and companion or even someone to go with you on your daily walk or run…Radar is your man.

A fenced-in yard in required to adopt Radar.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Radar, a Christiana Pointer/Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Blue Heeler for sale in Christiana, or seeking a Pointer/Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Christiana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Christiana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Christiana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Pointer/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Christiana paves the way for another one to be saved.
