My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“I promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me God.”

Unfortunately, Sheila has been charged with a crime. She was accused of intentionally escaping from her fenced yard. She is now incarcerated at the shelter and sentenced to serve her term until she can be released on bond into your custody. If you promise to not allow this great dog to go outside without supervision, then you can spring her from jail. Her bail is set at $85.

Sheila is located at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Sheila’a adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Sheila is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
