Leon's Story...
Hi, I'm Leon and unfortunately I became a casualty of the bad economy when my Dad lost his home. But that is lucky for you as I am a wonderful 5 year old, 95 pound boxer who is great with kids and other dogs. I am housebroken and past all that frustrating puppy stuff and ready to be your best friend. I am neutered, current on shots and will be micro chipped before going home with you. My only flaw (if you can call it a flaw!) is that I do not like cats, but if you are a catless household, you will love me! My adoption donation is $200. Please call or text (925) 209-6480 or call (623) 587-9119 or email diane@tarescue.com for more info and to meet me in person.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leon, a Phoenix Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
