MINNIE is a beautiful chihuahua, pug, and possibly pekingese mix. She's very shy and timid because she was confiscated by a hoarder. Once she trusts you, she becomes a velcro dog and follows you everywhere. MINNIE sleeps in bed with her foster mom and foster teenager. She was first fostered in a home with nine dogs and a cat. She got along great, with everyone!
MINNIE is now being fostered in the home of a dog trainer/behaviorist who volunteers with our rescue group. She shares space in that home with a German shepherd and pitbull. She tolerates dogs, but would rather be the "only child." Her favorite place to be is lying on the lap of someone she trusts. If you are interested in adopting MINNIE, please contact kathijackson@bellsouth.net to receive an application to adopt. There is a $125 adoption donation. This helps reimburse the transport and veterinary expenses.
